Hello, this is Princess from The AMS Experience, and I want to thank you for showing interest in me for all your hair care needs. My goal is to provide, bless, and take great care of your hair at the most reasonable and valuable price. I want to make sure you are happy with your service and to make you feel like royalty. I specialize in hair extensions, natural hair, hair cutting, hair color, and hair-styling. I also do continue education and outside learning technique classes to make sure I serve my clients with the best. Below are instructions that need to be read prior to booking. Before Booking When booking an appointment, please be advised that a non refundable deposit will need to be made to secure your slot. To make a deposit, you can pay me through cashapp ($princess924), Square app, or in person. All non refundable deposits go toward your desired service. When booking through the link, it will automatically take your deposit of 25% if there is no call/no show and cancelation. Late/Cancellation Fees 10-15 minutes late = $10 11-20 minutes late = $15 Anything after 21 mins will be canceled and considered as a NO CALL/NO SHOW, and you will have to reschedule, and you will lose your deposit. Cancellations should be made more than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. Any services done on another day that's not listed or after the times listed will be an additional fee of $20. No call/no show will be charged a 25% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and it will not go towards their service. They will have one more time to book with me, and after a second time of no call/no show, I will no longer book them as a client. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Prices are non-negotiable. Refund Natural hair: You may or may not get a full or partial refund within 24-48 hours of a specific hairstyle. Weave extensions: depending on the style, you may or may not receive a full or partial refund within 2 to 3 days. All prices shown are the starting prices. Depending on the length, texture, and amount of products used, the prices may go up. I would like to take pictures of my work to be put in my portfolio, so please come prepared for a mini photo shoot to bring out your inner beauty, Anything extra that is not listed, please email with details, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
